KW COILOVER SUSPENSIONS are manufactured for a large number of vehicles, and are sold all around the world. The initials KW, and the trademark colours of yellow and purple, stand for individuality, quality and security. 

During manufacturing of KW Coilover suspensions, the highest quality materials are used to produce individual suspension solutions that enable customers to adjust vehicle height according to their wishes and needs.

Within the TÜV-tested adjustment parameters, this can be easily achieved using the purple-colored aluminum spring collars by adjusting the position of the yellow coated springs upwards or downwards via a specially designed exterior thread.

In doing so, the vehicle height can be precisely adjusted, and customers receive exactly the result they want and or need. The stainless steel strut housings are fitted to the specific vehicle, and are available in three different damping technologies.

With this variety, KW Coilover Suspensions in Variants 1, 2 and 3 can meet the exact requirements of every customer.

KW Coilovers have
- strut housing in inox-line stainless steel technology 
Variant 1 has 2 designs, "inox-line" or "Basic" (coilover strut housing in galvanised steel construction with corrosion repressive CSK sealing)
- anodised aluminium spring collars and add on pieces

- special guide and sealing systems

KW Variant 1
Sporty-harmonic with factory pre-set dampening.
This is the ideal system for customers who wish to rely on the experience of KW's engineers, yet determine their own degree of lowering.
In extensive driving tests, KW's engineers have pre-set the dampers for the ultimate balance between sporty driving, comfort and safety.

KW Variant 2
Sporty and personalised with djustable rebound dampening.
This system is intended for the experienced driver who requires individual lowering as well as being able to adjust the damper settings to fine tune the system to their needs.
The adjustable rebound damper allows adjustment of the pitch and roll behavior of the vehicle, adapting it to your own driving preferences.

KW CLUBSPORT

Clubsport is getting more and more famous world-wide.
Therefore, KW has decided to develop a new product line – KW Clubsport.
This new product line is distinguished by motorsport applications for race track and road use with ideal performance.
   
Nürburgring Nordschleife is the most popular race track for using our KW Clubsport suspension kits.
High performance sports cars, modified saloons as well as classical sport compact cars are tuned in weight, engine and wheels for their use on several race tracks.
These improvements are made for a better handling on track sport events, race taxi drives, visitor drives and equability tests particularly on the Nürburgring Nordschleife.
Due to these modifications of the car some parameters are changing. Therefore, the road setups are no longer ideal for the performance of the car.
For this use we offer special clubsport kits which have been adapted to the changed requirements by changing spring and shock setup as well as the installation of racing top mounts.

2-way adjustable   
The double-adjustable KW competition racing suspension systems are primarily designed for use in most motorsport, such as slalom events, hill climbs, road rallies, longdistance races and driver training on the legendary nordschleife, the northern loop of the Nürburgring.
They are notable for their outstanding price/performance ratio and their ease of use. In addition to the complete solutions, we also produce customer-specific racing suspension systems.    

3-way adjustable
The triple adjustable KW competition racing shock absorbers and racing suspensions are designed for professional motor sport, requiring a well-founded knowledge of racing car suspension.
We offer solutions for every area of motorsport (rallying, circuit racing, slalom, hill climb) and for every vehicle.
The shock absorbers can be produced in a large number of different casings, aluminum, as well as various guide technologies (plain bearing or linear ball bearing solutions).
In addition to the complete ready developed and successful solutions employed worldwide, we can produce almost every type of shock absorber and suspension system to the customer‘s own specifications.
